Our old air conditioning unit went out during a hot weekend. I called many places and everyone else could only promise Monday service. When I called Air Professionals, the owner (Kevin) himself answered the phone and was at the house within the hour and this was on a Sunday. Our A/C was so old he doubted that he could find a replacement part and since there were other issues with our 15 year old unit, we decided it was just time to replace it. Fearing it would take a couple of days the owner told me he could have it installed by the next day! They had other jobs but promised they would work late if necessary to get the job done. The crew of 3 showed up about 3PM and got right to work; they were done withing 3 hours! I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work...I will use them exclusively for any of my future HVAC needs. We live in a neighborhood where Air Professionals services about 18 of the houses on our street.
