Refund Policy
§1. Service Calls and Diagnostic Fees
1.1 All service call and diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
1.2 Such fees compensate Air Professionals for technician time, travel, system inspection, and professional evaluation.

§2. Repair Services
2.1 All repair work requires customer approval prior to completion.
2.2 Upon completion of approved repair work, labor charges are non-refundable.
2.3 If a repair does not resolve the originally diagnosed issue, the customer must notify Air Professionals within seven (7) calendar days of service completion.
2.4 Parts may be covered under applicable manufacturer warranties and are subject to the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer.

§3. Installation Services
3.1 Deposits may be refundable only if cancellation occurs prior to equipment ordering.
3.2 Once equipment has been ordered, scheduled, delivered, or installation has commenced, deposits and payments may be non-refundable.
3.3 Installed equipment may not be returned once operational except as permitted under applicable manufacturer warranty provisions.
3.4 Any concerns regarding installation workmanship must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of completion.

§4. Maintenance Agreements
4.1 Maintenance plan fees are non-refundable once any service visit under the agreement has been performed.
4.2 If cancellation occurs prior to the first scheduled visit, a prorated refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Air Professionals.

§5. Special-Order Equipment
5.1 Equipment designated as special-order, custom, or non-stock inventory is non-refundable once purchased or ordered.
§6. Limitation and Resolution
6.1 Air Professionals reserves the right to inspect and verify any claimed deficiency prior to issuing adjustments.
6.2 Refunds, credits, or adjustments, if any, shall be determined at the sole discretion of Air Professionals.
6.3 Air Professionals is committed to resolving concerns in a professional and reasonable manner.
